- Subscription services must be paid upfront at the start of each billing cycle.
- Client Obligations:
- Clients must provide access to necessary accounts, documents, and other resources in a timely manner.
- Failure to provide requested materials on time may result in project delays, which dotnetmarketing.com will not be liable for.
- Service Delivery:
- dotnetmarketing.com aims to deliver high-quality services within the agreed timeframe, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Clients will be notified promptly of any anticipated delays, and alternative timelines may be discussed.
- Revisions & Amendments:
- Minor revisions to digital marketing materials, designs, or strategies are included in most service packages.
- Major revisions or changes to the project scope may incur additional costs.
- Service Termination:
- Either party may terminate the service agreement with 14 days’ written notice.
- In the case of termination, dotnetmarketing.com reserves the right to charge for work completed up to the termination date.
Intellectual Property:
- All intellectual property created by dotnetmarketing.com for the client (including designs, content, and strategies) remains the property of dotnetmarketing.com until payment has been received in full.
- Upon full payment, intellectual property rights are transferred to the client, except for any third-party licenses.
Confidentiality:
- Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information exchanged during the service period. This includes strategies, trade secrets, and business plans.
- Confidentiality obligations will survive the termination of the service agreement.
Limitation of Liability:
- dotnetmarketing.com is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of our services.
- In the case of negligence or failure to perform services as agreed, liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States for USA clients and the United Kingdom for UK clients.
- Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved through mediation or in a competent court within the respective country’s jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms:
