    • For prepaid services (e.g., monthly retainers), clients may cancel within 7 days of payment to receive a partial refund based on the work completed.
    • No refunds are provided after 30 days from the start date of any service.
  2. Subscription Services: 
    • Subscriptions for recurring services can be canceled at any time but refunds will only apply to the unused portion of the subscription.
    • Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be deducted from the refund.
  3. Website and App Development: 
    • Once design and development begin, refunds are only provided for unapproved phases of the project.
    • Cancellations after final approval stages will not qualify for refunds.
  4. Exceptional Circumstances:
